Michael Thomas is forever remembered in English football for the last-gasp goal he scored for Arsenal at Anfield in 1989 to snatch the title from Liverpool, which makes it fitting that he later spent six seasons wearing Liverpool's shirt himself, scoring the winning goal in the 1992 FA Cup final against Sunderland along the way. In total he made 107 appearances for Liverpool between 1992 and 1998.
