Andre Bikey was a physically imposing Cameroonian defender who arrived in England via Real Madrid's system, making his Premier League name at Reading where his best season brought 22 appearances in 2007-08. Known for his strength and versatility, he could operate in midfield as well as defence, and later had a spell at Burnley.
