Patrick Vieira was the driving force in Arsenal's midfield for the best part of a decade, captaining the Invincibles of 2003-04 and winning three Premier League titles and four FA Cups in 279 appearances at Highbury. A World Cup winner with France in 1998 and European champion in 2000, he returned to English football for a late loan spell at Manchester City before retiring.
