Jody Morris broke through as part of Chelsea's celebrated mid-1990s academy generation, going on to make 124 appearances for the club across eight seasons as an energetic, combative central midfielder. He later had a short stint at Leeds United before a career that took him into coaching, including a return to Chelsea's dugout as Frank Lampard's assistant.
